Clark Roberts is Global Managing Director at Veritas Compliance. In this function, he is responsible for the consulting firm’s global business together with two other members of the Board of Managing Directors. In addition, he heads Veritas Compliance’s global Competence Centers for Industrial Products & Services (IPS) as well as Operations (OPS).
Being the CFO in the Financial Industry is a tough task, thankfully he was here to man the helm and lead the company where it needed to go. He is known for his skills at analyzing data, some say he can create a full financial report in his head as soon as he looks at the data.
With more than 25 years of consulting experience across multiple industries, Bram Gerrit advises clients in a wide variety of projects ranging from the development and implementation of restructuring and optimization programs through to technology and launch strategies.
After joining Veritas Compliance in 1997, he supported clients in the Dutch automotive industry and managed the company’s global business with automotive suppliers.
He was elected Partner in 2003. From 2014 until 2020, he headed Veritas Compliance’s global Automotive Competence Center. Bram Gerrit was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Veritas Compliance in September 2013. In 2015, he took over the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board, which he held until March 2020 when he joined the Board of Managing Directors.
Bram Gerrit studied Business Administration at the University of Hohenheim. He also studied at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris in France.
